The Kit Kat Club was a band created by Kennedy and Dave Babcock in the summer of 1995. It was an 8 piece dance/show band mostly focused on girl-group music from the 1960's. Kennedy, Kasara Jaxen, and Deb Williams were the singers. Dressed in 60's costumes complete with false eyelashes and wigs with major vertical hair factor going on, the girls choreographed most songs and had three costume changes per night.

The Kit Kat Club performed mostly corporate gigs but played the odd nightclub including The Sidetrack Café in Edmonton approximately 4 times a year. The original line up of musicians consisted of Dave Babcock, saxophone (musical director), Mark Kataska, bass; Sandro Dominelli, drums; Greg Smith, guitar; Bruce Mohacsy, piano. The line up changed slightly in 1997 where Greg Pretty became the drummer and Gary Myers the bass player and Torben Holm Pedersen took over as keyboard player. Still another year later, Greg Ferguson became the drummer, and with this grouping, the band played out the remaining years. Laughter became a mainstay in this band. The road trips, the martinis, and the appreciative crowds made this one of the highlights of Kennedy's musical career.
